Directions:

• Open the sachet and place the coffee powder in a cup, pour 150ml of hot water or hot milk.
• Do not eat or drink 30 mins after consumption and do not exceed the daily dosage.
• In case of constipation, mix 1 tablespoon of Bonjourlife Green in 150ml of hot water in the evening and let it rest for 3-5 mins before consuming.
