Where do you ship to?
We provide international delivery.

I just placed an order, what are the processing times and when will it be shipped?
We try our very best to ship our items as fast as we can. The processing time for orders depends on the timing of the day.

Orders which have been completed until 12PM (noon) Monday to Friday, will be usually processed the same day. Orders made after 12PM (noon) will be processed the next day.

The delivery of your order will be fulfilled by aramex, within 1 - 3 working days (Monday to Saturday).

You should receive your tracking number once your order has been processed and you can track your delivery under the following link:

Please feel free to contact us if you have not received your tracking number or have any queries with regards to your order.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! However, you must cancel your order before it ships. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at sales@bonjourlife-me.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
