Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

We deliver across Lebanon via Aramex and all of our shipments are aimed to be delivered within 2-3 working days. There is an additional shipment fee for international orders, please proceed with your order on the website to check on the fees as they vary depending on the country.

If you are placing an international order, please note that the delivery would depend on processing times at the airports as these vary from country to country. However, we anticipate to deliver international shipments within 3-5 working days.

Tax and Duties

For shipments outside Lebanon, custom and or duty fees may apply. As these fees vary from country to country, we have no control over these charges. The customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees upon delivery. You should contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding this.

Please Note: If you decide not to pay import taxes and duties and so choose to reject the parcel, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Shipments are processed by Aramex Lebanon, Bonjourlife's partner carrier. You will receive regular updates on your order and delivery status by email, with a tracking option.
